Setting up a conference/reception at the UN Headquarters: Mayor Karatsu and Mr. Yamanaka, Deputy Secretary of Ministry of Science and Technology, were invited to the Infopoverty World Conference, and receptions were held at the delegates dining room in the UN Headquarters.

United Nations training: Coordination of university student groups of Sophia University and university students selected by Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan at the UN conference, arranging briefings by UN Ambassadors, executives, and staff, as well as instructing a one-month internship at the OCCAM (UN ECOSOC registered NGO: Digital Communications Observatory).

Set up events at Carnegie Hall, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Rubin Museum, and the Broadway Theater with a human treasure (White porcelain) Mr. Manji Inoue's cultural, and art event contract negotiations and insurance purchases.
